Those who know me, know that I love kung fu shows… So when I arranged to go to China, catching a show was on my MUST-DO list.
So I found the most recommended place – the Red Theatre – and went there for the show. Showing up just 1 hour before the show, I had no idea if there were tickets. There were.
I got myself a seat at seat 2 in row 14: Perfect spot… And I spent 1½ hour in pure awe. This show is a demonstration of Kung Fu at a high level, but also coregraphed beautifully, and there are also some nice sound, light and dry-ice effects. A must see. Even for non kung-fu fans.
Actually it was so good, that I purchased a souvenir DVD of the show and I can’t wait to share the experience…
